The Nature of the Work

A Spirit Painting is an intuitive, channeled work of art.

By booking a Spirit Painting, you are entering into a creative agreement with the artist to receive a piece that is guided by intuition, symbolism, and inner vision — rather than direction or design.

Each painting is created through a process of meditation, visioning, and intuitive response.

This means:

  • The artwork is not created from reference images or detailed briefs

  • The final composition, symbolism, and imagery are at the artist’s discretion

  • Each piece is a surprise, unfolding in its own time and way

While you are welcome to share:

  • colour palettes you feel drawn to

  • meaningful symbols, themes, or inspirations

these are received as gentle points of listening — not instructions.

The final work will reflect my established artistic style, as shown across my website and portfolio (including stylised figures, botanical elements, and symbolic imagery).

Creative Integrity

Spirit Paintings are created in a similar spirit to a tarot or intuitive reading.

As such:

  • No revisions, alterations, or “client corrections” are offered

  • The work is considered complete when the artist determines it is finished

This ensures the integrity of the intuitive process remains intact.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of this offering:

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the final artwork

  • Refunds or replacements will only be offered if the artwork is lost, damaged, or does not arrive

Each painting unfolds slowly and with care.

  • Your place in the queue will be confirmed upon booking

  • Estimated start times are provided, but may shift slightly to honour the process

  • You will be contacted before your painting begins

  • The original physical artwork belongs to you upon completion

  • The artist retains copyright of the artwork

This means:

  • I may photograph or scan the piece and use it for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes (including prints, postcards, or calendars)

  • The artwork may be shared as part of my ongoing body of work

If you would prefer your painting to remain private, you are welcome to let me know in advance.

The Nature of Guidance

While many people experience these works as deeply meaningful or affirming, they are not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

They are, at heart, an artistic and intuitive offering — something to sit with, reflect on, and interpret in your own way over time.
